Double open heart pendant, one heart is right side up, the other upside down. Crafted from one piece of sterling silver, hammered, and polished to a bright shiny finish.

Measures approx. 1 inch long x 1/2 inch at widest point. Comes with an adjustable 18 to 20 inch black leather cord necklace.
