I currently accept PayPal for credit card payments. Venmo is also an option when you go through checkout. PayPal is an easy, secure (SSL) method of making payment with your Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover Card. It is fast and safe, and you are not required to have a PayPal account in order to make payment to me.
Shipping:
I usually ship orders within 1 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS of order placement. Weekends and Holidays will of course add a bit of extra time, and custom orders take longer also. Busy in-person-event times of the year can take a little longer to ship here and there, July & October especially. But mostly I'm pretty quick to get your order out...I know how hard it is to wait for something you're excited about having ordered online. Feel free to ask me any questions and let me know if you need an order by a certain date....I'll do what I can to accommodate your needs.
I try to be fair with shipping cost....USPS likes to raise prices yearly, it seems. But ordering online gives us access to shop the world, so in that context shipping is a fundamental need :)
When you live in the USA:
Jewelry items, Ornament Hooks, smaller items :
- your total purchases are under 75.00, shipping is 9.00 USPS Priority Mail.
- your total purchases are over 75.00, shipping is FREE USPS Priority Mail.
Larger items: Shipping for larger items is 12.00 USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping:
- Orders to International, non-US addresses ship for 20.00 USPS First Class Int'l Pkg.
If you need upgraded/faster shipping....please email me before ordering and I'll get shipping costs for you.
Returns:
In the event that you receive your item and are unhappy with your purchases, you may choose another selection of equal value. If you are returning an item, please email me to let me know this....after you email me, get your return in the mail....returns must be received within 10 days of your email to me (the one that tells me you are returning an item!). Shipping TO and FROM are your responsibility, and non-refundable.
