Copper Hummingbird Ornament

Hummingbirds were one of my most popular animal shapes in the summer of 2019....hence this copper hummingbird ornament!
Measures approx. 3 inches, give or take a bit. I hand saw the shape from copper sheet metal.. Swirly tail is soldered on, body details are carved, slight hammering gives it a bit of dimension. Coloring comes from heating/flame patina, each one will vary, no two are exactly alike.
Perfect as a Christmas ornament for the hummingbird lover, or as a hang-in-your-window decoration as a reminder of summertime.
